Howdy families!
My name is Tiffany Guppy and I am one of the 2nd-grade teachers at Anza Elementary. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood Education and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from National University. I have been teaching for 4 years and have loved each passing year more and more!
Teaching is a passion of mine and something I find great joy in doing. I believe each student deserves a safe and loving environment to learn and I strive to provide that every day! In my classroom, we focus on students' strengths and making sure every student feels welcome in our classroom.
I welcome parent volunteers and also encourage parents to stay connected to what is going on in our classroom through ClassDojo.
For homework this year we are focusing on reading. Every day students need to read from their leveled reading books for 30 minutes.
